Douche comes from the French language, it means shower. Many of you women out there may have some experience with vaginal douches which are used for personal hygiene.

It is amazing what symptoms can be treated with a hose or awatering can and a bit of water.

  • You should perform the procedure with a hose or watering can, making sure that the water does not splash and that the water covers the whole skin.

    The water should be kept at body temperature or a little bit lower.

  •  After you've finished douching, shake of the excess, water get dressed and follow up with somegood old exercise.

 There are numerous forms of douches.

 

Knee Douching

  • The jet of water should go from the small right toe, along the outside of your leg below the knee cavity.
  • Then return along the inside then continue over the soles of the feet.

          Recommended for

  • Migraines and headaches 
  • Low blood pressure
  • contusions 
  • sleeplessness 
  • Varicose veins.
Avoid if you have
  • Urinary tract infections 
  • Sciatica
  • Menstruation.  
  • Irritable bladder

Thigh Douche

Perform the same way as the knee procedure.

Recommend for

  • Muscular rheumatism
  • Varicose veins
  • Rural paralysis
  • Cox arthritis.
  • Stimulating blood flow
  • Poor circulation.

 Avoid if you have

  • Menstruation. 
  • Sciatica 
  • Irritable bladder 
  • urinary tract infection 

Lower Trunk Douching

 Perform in a identical way as the thigh douching procedure.
 Recommended for

  • Mellitus
  • Diabetes
  • Meteorism
  • Liver enlargement
  • Gallbladder
  • Stone formation

 Avoid if  you have

  • Urinary tract infection
  • Irritable bladder
  • Menstruation.
  • Sciatica

 

Arm Douching

The path of the water stream starts from outside of your right hand to your shoulder

  • Then come again back along the inside of your arm.
  • Repeat the same process for your left arm. 

 Recommended for

  • People suffering from cold hands
  • Neuralgia
  • Nervous disorders
  • Rheumatism in the arms
  • Headaches
  • Vertigo
  • Heart problems 
  • Catarrh in the throat and nose
  • Paralysis 

Chest Douching

It is advisable to start off the process with your arms

Recommended for

  • Angina pectoris
  • Bronchial asthma
  • Chronic bronchitis

 You should make the temperature a more reasonable level if angiospasm should arise.

 

Upper trunk Douching

 The process is done for your arms plus your upper torso. It is useful for bettering blood circulation to the heart, pleura and lungs

Recommended for

  • Bronchial asthma
  • Bronchitis
  • Larynx illness and vocal cords
  • Varicose veins in the legs 
  • Headaches
  • For toning-up.
  • Stimulating cardiac plus respiratory activity

Avoid if

You have blood stasis in your pulmonary circulation.


Back Douching

  •  Bronchial asthma
  •  Back pain 
  •  Multiple sclerosis
  • Spinal disease 
  • People with weakened back muscles
  • Lung illnesses

Avoid if

  • You suffer from neurasthenia.  
  • Debilitated

Neck Douche

Recommended for
  • Migraines
  • Headaches
  • Tenseness in the neck and shoulder,
  • Hypersensitivity changing weather 
  • Tinnitus
  • Vertigo
  • Mild depression
  • Arthritis of finger joints and hand

  Avoid if you have

  • Raised intraocular pressure
  • Enlarged thyroid
  • High blood pressure  

Face Douching

  • Start from your right temple down to your chin
  •  
  • Then go upward to your left temple, from the right then to left all over your forehead
  •  
  • Then go from your forehead to your chin, finish in circular motion over your face.
  • Keep your eyes closed for the whole procedure

Recommended for

  • Migraines and headaches
  • Toothaches
  • Trigeminal neuralgia
  • Tiredness of eyes.
